We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Web store is limited to credit cards. We reserve the right to have a customer service representative verify any orders over the $100 amount. This verification will occur over email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
8.5% sales tax is charged on all orders being shipped to California.
We will exchange or refund any item still in resellable condition within 30 days.
All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Please email for details. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Credit card refunds will take approximately 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return. Refunds for items paid for by check will take between three to five weeks.

Shipping Options And Transit Time
NOTE: If your package is unable to be delivered for any reason and is returned to our facility, we will issue you a refund for the price of the contents when we receive the package. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for these orders.
DOMESTIC - please allow 4 business days for orders to be shipped out
- USPS (no tracking guaranteed) – 1-7 business days to most locations, from the day it is shipped
USPS INTERNATIONAL: USPS shipping is still an option for International Orders, although they provide a limited tracking function. Please know that your order is considered fulfilled and expected to be delivered once it has left our facility.
Please allow 14 business days for orders to be shipped out + 2-6 weeks delivery time.
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have in regards to International customs fees. We are required to ship packages in accordance with US Postal Service policies, and as such it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable customs fees and this is separate from the shipping fees paid on the site when making your order.
Tracking Your Order
If you have chosen UPS as a shipping option, a tracking number will be generated once your order has shipped. UPS will send you an email to the email address submitted with your order. If you have not received a tracking email within 7 days of your order, please check your SPAM folder, as tracking emails have been directed there. If you still can not find the email, please email us at email@example.com and we can retrieve the tracking information for you.
Product Order Status
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct size and color because we begin processing purchases immediately after they are submitted online. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.
There is currently no way to check your order status through the web store. Your invoice number is not a UPS tracking number.
